How to make a photo for visa docments?

About the photo details:

 

1. The photo size needs to be between 40K-120K bytes with the pixels no lower than 354(width)*472(height) and no larger than 420(width)* 560(height). 

2. In the format of JPG or JPEG 

3. WHITE background 

4. Color mode:24-bits true color image 

5. Please make sure to show your whole face in the picture, such as ears and forehead. The photo needs to cover part of your shoulders.

6. No ornaments like glasses and earrings.
